Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order Quantity:

The minimum quantity to order is one carton of a certain style which is normally a box of 14 pairs, but it may vary depending on whether it's a Pack A, B C or D. Information on size packs is on the size guide page and will also be listed on the dropdown menu of each individual product.

Shipping:

Buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs to their destination. If you spend over £400 then you will be eligible for free shipping. 

Payment:

If you are a new customer we will ask you to purchase and pay for goods before we process your order. Existing customers may be eligible for a payment agreement however this would need to be discussed with our team. 

Returns and Exchanges:

If you wish to return an order we would ask for it to be returned in the original condition with items unworn and unused in original packaging. We will ask you to cover the cost of the return. 

Shipment:

Once shipped we are not liable for any delays upon delivery and we ask customers to be understanding of unforeseen circumstances and possible delays.
