Our cartons are available in different ratios depending on the styles. For some styles there is more than one option, but you will be able to see for each individual style.
There are four different packs that we offer:
Pack A – 3-8, 124421 = 14 pairs
Pack B – 3-7, 13541 = 14 pairs
Pack C – 4-8, 14432 = 14 pairs
Pack D – 3-8, 125532 = 18 pairs
We cannot facilitate this request as each carton is sealed and will come in a solid colour (i.e. if you order red suede you cannot mix black suede in the same carton, you will need to purchase both the red suede and the black suede separately).
Unfortunately, this is not possible as a carton must be sold in packs of 14 pairs.
Again, we cannot do this as our standard of selling shoes is always 14 pairs per carton in the breakdown shown in the above table.

If you have any questions about your order once it's gone through please contact us and we will see what we can do. We will do our best to make the changes required however we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to fulfill this before an order gets dispatched.
As we are a wholesale company all our items are sold in cartons. We cannot split sizes or colours in one carton.
Some popular items do sell out quickly so we would advise you to keep an eye on our 'New In' section to see what has been restocked. You are also able to sign up to our newsletter where we will notify you when new stock has landed.
If you are a business based in the UK a 20% VAT fee will be added at checkout. If you are based in the EU and can provide us of your VAT number upon registration then we are able to take that charge off.
If you have not received your order in sufficient time please contact our team as soon as you are able to so we can get it resolved for you. We will then need to contact our shipping providers to find out what has happened and will get back to you by phone or email.
We do not send any sampled out however if you would like to visit our showroom please get in touch with our team to organise this.
Feel free to use our images for any stock that you purchase however we do not allow you to use any of our images for any marketing campaigns and advertisements.
You can use the search bar to type in a description of a certain style or the SKU.
You are able to use the 'Wishlist' feature on our site to save items that you may wish to purchase at a later date. These items will only save for a specific amount of time and the feature does require you to be signed in to be able to use.
Once shipped please allow 3-5 working days for the delivery however it is normally a lot sooner. Any orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours once the payment goes through. If you need an order for a specific date please let us know beforehand and we will see what we can do, however we cannot always control when a package will get delivered once it is handed over to our couriers.
