Returns Policy

For any returns please email returns@cityshoes.co.uk within 7 days of goods being delivered. Returns can only be done if there is a quality issue & must send photos to returns@cityshoes.co.uk

Any cartons that are being sent back to us we would ask you to keep it in it's original condition for us to be able to accept the return. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us and we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are in transit.

We also do not cover the cost of postage so that would need to be arranged with your preferred couriers. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping company with signed proof of delivery. We reserve a right to charge a handling fee of up to 20% on returned items. Once we have received the goods we will refund via the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that any refunds can take up to 7 working days to show in your bank account.
